I have a thrive and recently bought one for the folks. No screen black outs and no dead pixels.

Definitely a mixed opinion on 1SAD. I have only made two purchases, both turned out just lovely in the end. One took 14 days to deliver, the other took 7. One required a return, and they did take a couple days to answer my email, but then everything went just fine. They shipped me a replacement and that has been working fine.

I ordered for an xmas present, so I'm fairly confident it will arrive on time for that!

I'm an early adapter of the Thrive, had it for a year now. That's definitely not common and sounds like a defect.

Thanks for the warning about the screen protectors. Repped. And thanks OP, I ordered one. I wish the dock was the version with the HDMI output but still a great deal anyway.

Thanks OP! Noticed just this weekend that my battery is bulging a bit, so this is saving some $$!

Curse you slickdeals. I grabbed all of this stuff already (at what I thought were slickdeals prices).

I take it back. This is still a good deal if you want the battery and the extra ac adapter. The dock is really not that useful without the HDMI ports (the one I have has HDMI and usb). I got the Toshiba Thrive case for like $3 at Staples on clearance. And I think Staples had the cover for $1 on clearance. I bought the battery for $24 and the adapter for $10 on Amazon. So this is really a nice way of throwing in the adapter and some other freebies.

In for the deal - good looking out!
