Quilted Northern Ultra Plush 3 ply; 30 jumbo rolls; 267 sheets is $19.69 (+tax)
Charmin ultra jumbo roll ultra soft; 30 jumbo rolls; 231 sheets is $20.99 (+tax)
This is without coupon. Right now there's a $2 off the Charmin, making it $18.99 (+tax)
Costco's 30 Rolls have 1593.7 SQ FT (Square Feet)
425 sheets per roll x 30 = 12,750 Sheets = $14.99 (+Tax)

Yes, but I believe QN are 3-ply where Kirkland maybe 2-ply (not very sure), and from user interface perspective QN are MUCH SOFTER, here is my rating on scale 1 to 5 on TP quality:
Public restroom big roll: 1
Scotts 1-ply: 1.5
Kirkland: 2.5
Charmin Basic: 2.5
Cottonelle: 3
Charmin Ultra: 4
QN: 5
QN is definitely the best.
