I read in one of my recent threads that it isn't Costar, but I still think it's a good deal.

Are you sure? I think all CM Storm Mech Keyboard are made by Costar.

Some say this is made by iOne. I own this keyboard and love it. I have had ZERO issues with it. The only one slight annoyance is that if I have N key rollover enabled I can't entire the BIOS when my computer starts. If it's set to 6 KRO then I can. It's weird, it's a non issue. The way I see it is you might as well get this one over the Rosewills as you get partial illumination and the micro usb connector isn't prone to break. All that said, the only mechanical keyboard I've had to compare it with is my brother's Corsair K60 which is nice as well. Took me a little while to get used to the browns but I am very happy with my purchase.

I read somewhere that turning off "quick boot" or a variation of that in the BIOS helps. You might want to check that out. My Trigger is coming in next week

I got my Mom the Rosewill deal from a few days ago and I can say that the keyboard is awesome. I'm interested seeing the difference between brown switches and reds. Both the Trigger and the RK-9000 are made by Costar and the whole fiasco with the Rosewill's USB has been fixed.
