I just tried the Wallet.
It's $12 before the codes and
$8.16 after the codes

then it shows the 2nd code applied
and the total will be: Item price minus 15%, then minus 20% off of that lower amount
So look at the price of item and then final price .. it will be more than 20% off
I hope that makes sense
It's not a full 35% because the 2nd code is off of the reduced price (the after 1st code price)
update: As brian_guy said, it ends up being around 32% off
