Wow! how do you use them? Where do they live? Are the holes like, out of the blue, middle of the hose?

Details please...I have two and I might get another but would like to hear more.

Did they honor the warrenty?

they do still kink, but not as bad as regular hoses.

to prevent holes, dont leave the water on all the time with a water pistol on the end.

I coil them up beside my house without a hose rack. I don't leave the water on with a nozzle or anything like that. I have one hole on each hose. The first hose hole looks almost like a nail went through one side and out the other, which seems suspicious, and I thought it might be vandalism until I had it happen to my other hose. Now I'm not sure what to think. The other hose doesn't have a hole having an enter and exit on the other side. It's looks most like a crack/hole that protruded outward.

I plan on taking them both back to Sears this weekend and seeing what they say. I would fully expect them to be replaced since I bought them mid-summer and have barely used them.

I bought one of these before and it has been 2 years. I'm still using them. Don't take it to sears. Call craftman they'll honor the warranty for you. It's lifetime.

If you say you got at Sears around mid-summer so it had been 30-60 days?
anything after 30 days Sears won't take it.
If you call craftsman they'll give you option either to send yours in first or they'll send you one and once you receive it, then return the defective product back to them. Or sometimes they'll send you one without expecting one back. Hope that help.
