If you call craftsman they'll give you option either to send yours in first or they'll send you one and once you receive it, then return the defective product back to them. Or sometimes they'll send you one without expecting one back. Hope that help.

I worked at Sears back in college...people would bring back about 6 inches off both ends of a 100ft hose...they got a new one.

For whatever reason the squirrels really love to chew this particular hose. I have 3 of them and the squirrels chewed on 2 of them - they've left my sears 100% rubber and other normal hoses alone.

You bet, and other rodents too. Why? Simple - there's water inside and they know it. That's why hoses should be kept off the ground on a rack or reel. Btw, they prefer synthetic material to rubber if given a choice to gnaw on in order to get to the water.

I bought the same 50' hose 2 years ago and we like it so much, I'm picking up the 75' one from Sears today.

The sun beats down on it year-round here (San Diego) and the hose is still in great shape. We have a crappy 75' hose from Costco (also for $20) and that did not last a single year.

Just set an alert last night after my 150' "Alwayskinks" Sams club hose kicked my a$$ for the last time.

If it is OOS at your Store....you can buy two with a 9.02 fill to get free shipping.

I had a 10 off 30 so 225' of neverkink came to 53 dollars delivered w/tax...

Now to find a Suncast Box Reel that will hold it......

Yah they just suck and do kink. I bought them before and have since replaced all the houses around the house with the craftman black rubber ones instead. Night and day better than this crap.

Just wait until the rubber one goes on sale which is pretty often.
