Pros: 1. The price. And you get what you pay for. Its Cheap.
2. Tool-less design.
3. Easy enough to clean.
Cons: 1. Thermaltake's [TT] poor customer service.
2. You won't be able to fit any of the 120x120x25 case fans or 3rd party cooling devices on the top interior of the case. Even though the manual says so.
3. Adding case fans anywhere except for the back will be a pain as the case is simply too cramp. Especially the bottom fan mount. [I have a Corsair AX850 modular PSU too].
4. Everything is off by a few a mm, including the screw holes for mobo placement.
5. Port for the back & I/O Shield area is off by a few mm. Ask a friend to help hold your mobo while you carefully screw in the mobo in place.
6. Leads for front headers arent labeled.
7. Manual. Poorly written and photos should be bigger and detailed.
8. Accessing the psu dust filter.
9. TT's CSR dept.
10. TT's CSR dept. It cant be said enough. They dont care.
Other Thoughts: The case design where the mobo screws into the case, they didnt allow for enough spacing to separate. They say it's your mobo's fault, but since they designed the case, why didn't add another inch for clearance? To avoid any conflict. That's where they'll argue its not our fault, its your mobo. Yeah, my no name LGA155 Gigabyte mobo.
Spoke with several of TT reps, they give you the run around. Expect them to give you a tough time if you had to RMA something.
Also, other brick and mortar PC electronics stores, their sales reps even say avoid Thermaltake. Not worth buying. Cheaply made.
Expect denials of workmanship and QA on their stuff. In this case, they didnt do an adequate job QA testing their cases for popular motherboards like Gigabyte. Cause after all, Gigabyte is a no-name brand right. Come on Thermaltake, you only tested this case with just MSI's mobos?
I agree with the above statements about 25mm thick fans not fitting in their proper mount spots on top. However, i'vw found that if you straddle the proper mount spots and mount the fan with the other holes then fitting a fan 25mm thick works fine. I am currently running one on top and the other fan spot closed off.
And IMO if you are in the market for water cooling, which will be difficult to fit in this case, than you should also be in the market for a more expensive case. This is considered a bargain case. Water cooling is not bargain cooling.
Awesome case for an awesome price. No sharp edges, good quality, everything you need in a cheap, small footprint.
Thanks OP.
And like the guy before me said, don't expect this to be your main gaming tower. I used one of these as a temp case cause I went a little high on my budget. It doesn't have the best cooling for high performance systems that are full of hardware. I saw some higher temps on my drives and GPU. CPU wasn't too bad. I ended up getting an Antec 1200 and that dropped my system temps by 10-15C.
This is for your basic desktop system with a smaller GPU, maybe some light gaming. You could throw a big card in there if you want (I have one with a 9800GTX) but I wouldn't really recommend it

As for the NZXT in white - I like the style.... clients do not. Its very boring looking and i've actually had people tell me it looks "broken" because of the angle of the top near the usb ports is not level. This is just NZXT styling but if you are planning to build something for clients be prepared for criticism.
