In case you are not able to find "AMEX digital experience tile", you have Family settings ON. Follow these steps to see the AMEX tile on your console.

1. Go to xboxlive.com and log in
2. Go to "My Account" -> "My Profile" -> "Privacy And Online Settings" -> "Content Controls" -> "Programming"
3. Select "Standard" (in my case it was set to "Family" and hence I was not able to see the tile).
