Damn, bought this four days ago for $68.50. That was the lowest price I'd seen in a long time. This is the lowest probably of all time.

It is. Extremely good. But it's full of deception, cruelty, violence, nudity, and foul language. I never got the feeling it was done to shock so much as to keep it realistic to the period and place. It's set in the old west during gold strikes, and it's appropriately done.

If that makes or breaks a program for you, try to watch an episode before you buy. But it's a very good story.

One of my all time favorites. But I refuse to buy it, since they canceled the series just when it started to get good. There was talk of making a 2 hour special to wrap things up, but the idiot director wanted to go onto another project. And that new project was pretty terrible in my opinion.
