I finally got my confirmation email and then the coat was at my door the same day. Mine shipped from Lexington, KY, but I only live an hour away from there......so next day free delivery FTW!

Well for me I got a delivery notification from UPS that I had an order from Carhartt before I ever got a shipping confirmation from them. Fast shipping from KY too as I ordered yesterday and getting delivery today.

Just received my jacket order and am highly disappointed! There are flaws in the material on the front, back and one sleeve....am going to call the company. FYI, thoroughly check your jackets. Also they was a "sheen" effect, like old fabric gets. So beware!

Edit: I called the co., they will send me a return label and said the jacket should have come wrapped inside a plastic package. This one wasn't was just stuffed inside the shipping bag from UPS.

Such a hassle to deal with this type stuff....they obviously do not inspect their products before shipping, as the numerouse flaws were very obvious right out of the bag!

I used the 40% off for another jacket and also used the free shipping code. Not bad at all.

My order arrived yesterday. I had actually ordered a wool coat for my wife, active jacket for myself, a scarf and a hat. Total came to $124.xx The active jacket was cancelled, but when I looked on the site yesterday morning they were still in stock... WTF? I called and was told they had gotten a few more but had extremely limited stock. I was offered to pick any color from the regular website and they would still give me 40% off and free shipping! woot! so I ordered an army green active jacket.

I received my order of two J149 hooded zip front sweatshirts yesterday and they were individually bagged and then in the shipping bag. Perfect condition and a great deal. Thank you OP for keeping me warm this winter..

My items came in two separate orders. I had a hat, scarf and coat in one order and all 3 were individually bagged. then I had another coat in the second order that was not bagged. all 4 items looked perfectly fine though.

Although I ordered three "small" jackets, two fit nicely, one is WAY too small. Carhartt customer service says no exchanges, only credit for the original cost, but must pay current cost!

After I said I had worn the jacket outside, I was told thay would not accept a return, anyway. Then the rep hung up on me!
