BTW if you were to make this yourself, it would cost about 8c per foot + termination + time. So 56c + terminals + boots + time = way more than 80cents for a 7' cable.
Great deal!
Would like to get a couple and make them into 3 foot pieces.
Thanks!

In short cat6 can get 1Gbit up to 300ft while cat5e I think can only do 100Mbit "guaranteed" to that length. Cat6 is also slightly less susceptible to EMI.
Edit: Found it, cat5e = 1Gbit up to 300ft, cat6 10Gbit up to 100ft.
Long and short of it, there is absolutely no difference between a cat5e 7' cable and a cat6 7' cable unless you are directly under powerlines or you live in the year 2020 and have 10Gbit SOHO equipment. 80c for this cable is still a great deal either way.
