Those have theirs expiring in March 2013, you can make another account with identical information except Email to create an account good till 8/16/13
After acquiring your membership, go into your account and activate the do-not auto renew link. While logged in, click on your name and Account Overview comes up. See attached pic for link.
If you sign up for ShopRunner Central, use a fake Gmail account. If you have already signed up for it with a real email, cancel that part (it does not take away your 3 free months) and then revoke access in Gmail or Yahoo:

Go to Google Account Settings Choose Security, "Authorizing applications and sites" and "Revoke Access" for Shoprunner!

Go to Account Info > Manage App and Website Connections > Remove Shoprunner api access!
