I tried clearing my browser cache and even went so far as using a second account for both amazon and facebook. Both times the credit disappears if you don't use it right away.

I used it on this deal for Monster's Inc. 3D bundle pre-order. Stacked with the $5 clippable coupon (and the price will probably go down before release - hopefully as low as the $20 Avengers 3D bundle).
