This is a great deal @ $214 FS over at BH PhotoVideo (and now Amazon)running the table on all the different mounts ($70+ off regular price):
Canon
Pentax
Sony Alpha
Sony NEX
Olympus 4/3
Nikon (2 flavors; 1 w/focus confirm chip $20 more)
Deal ends at B&H on November 27 (or presumably until sold out). Amazon giveth and taketh away whenever it wants to, so act fast.
Manual focus as all Rokinon lenses are. Fun well reviewed lens, better price if you don't really want to invest all that money in an AF lens. Yes we know there are a number of choices exponentially more expensive. I would suspect if you're in the market for those higher priced lenses you probably wouldn't be considering the Rokinon anyway.
This went FrontPage at this price for the Canon mount only along with another lens back in July.

EDIT 11/21 #2 - BH Photo Video has price matched Amazon now at the lower $214. Sweet!
Particulars:
The 8mm Ultra Wide Angle f/3.5 Fisheye Lens from Rokinon gives you a 180° view with dramatic, exaggerated perspective when used with an APS-C camera, or a powerful circular image floating in the frame when used with a full frame digital camera or 35mm film camera. With hybrid aspherical lenses and multi-layer coating, you will produce sharply defined images with a minimum of flare and ghosting. The 8mm lens focuses as close as 1' (30.48 cm) from the lens, and has a built-in petal lens hood.
Note! Produces a vignetted image on full-frame sensors or 35mm film
Ultra wide-angle 8mm fisheye lens with exaggerated perspective and approximately 180° angle of view, for dramatic effects
Ultra-wide 180° diagonal field-of-view for APS-C size image formats--will produce a rounded image that doesn't cover the entire frame when used with compatible full frame digital cameras
Lens is constructed with hybrid aspherical lenses for outstanding, sharply defined images
Lens features super multi-layer coating to reduce flare and ghost images
Lens has a minimum focusing distance of 12" (30.48 cm) for enhanced close-up shots
Lens includes a built-in petal-type lens hood

That being said you can attach a filter via a holder (I wouldn't know where to find a compatible one), but even if you did I would assume an 8mm fisheye would vignette badly. There's always gels. In any event, I'm fairly "serious" about my photography but personally wouldn't bother trying to attach a filter to this. To each their own.

1) drop-in filters
2) integrated filters
3) third party filter system, e.g. Cokin or Lee
This one does not have either 1 or 2. Regarding 3, a decent filter holder system, e.g. Lee, plus a good quality filter, would cost more that this particular lens.
Having that said, filters are not that essential for digital photography compared to the old school film photography. Besides, popular filters, e.g. CPL, wont work well with fisheye lenses.
Quote: "This manual lens is VERY sharp at f/8, and by keeping the focus distance set to about two feet, everything from a foot to infinity is razor sharp."
