Great Price... In 4 1 just in case this weekend I might buy a E1230 without a video card.

Wow...my htpc is working fine atm, but if I upgrade my tv this week I'm going to need more power.

The NewEgg reviewers are starting to approach the levels of YouTube commenters.

The pictures clearly show the heatsink being somewhat bulky (in HTPC terms, anyhow) and yet, they still complain about it being bulky.

Better luck getting MIR from MSI. They are a bunch of scammers and have not processed my rebate for $30 for VGA card from almost a year ago. They made me send various pictures of the box, card and even the copy of my MIR form (which I had kept for records) and still have not processed the claim. I researched online to find many more complaints against them and now decided to stay away from their products and warn others when such deals are open.

In my opinion, not worth the $5 AR. This card is pretty much obsolete, without much performance (see tomshardware graphics cards hierarchy - http://www.tomshardware.com/revie...107-7.html)

The rebate amount is high ($30), and I have heard too many bad things about MSI rebates. I would prefer past HD5450 deals at around $5~$10. Also, there are better deals currently available, such as Radeon HD 6450 for $12 AR, (http://slickdeals.net/f/5545354-G...-25-rebate). This has more performance, more features, and less chance of rebate issues.
