This looks to be the new version which is still 80+ certified as noted here [plugloadsolutions.com] and here [realhardtechx.com]. Unfortunately I couldn't find any actual reviews on this version, but it's still made by CWT and should still be a solid budget PSU.
This PSU does meet Bronze certification as detailed here [plugloadsolutions.com]. The V2 was only 80+ certified.

I have used a couple of these PSUs and they have been great.
I know the Dell 350 watt psu that has powered my Q6600/HD5670/4 x HDDs has been more than adequate for a while.
