So I read tons of reviews and there seems to be a common problem with the middle wheel click. The problem being that it's very difficult to hit the 'middle' button as opposed to the left/right tilt.

Can anyone confirm this? This is the only thing stopping me from upgrading from my nearly 9 year old MX510. Still works great by the way...

Using it right now, not difficult for me to click the wheel.

I love this mouse, the adjustable weight is a nice feature as I prefer a heavy mouse for FPS games.


My only gripe is the scroll wheel has a very subtle "click" and makes weapon selection on BF3 a little annoying (overscrolling), but after some time you can get use to it. For $35 it's a great deal.

I wouldn't say it's very difficult. It is a little stiff compared to my previous Microsoft mouse, but I think as I used it more, it lessened it. Anyway, I like it very much.

I've been the proud owner of this mouse for many years now and it has held up beautifully. The only thing that has faded on it in the many years of use is the texture over where my thumb goes. It's got a rough texture in the black areas that feels good to hold and easy to grip. I've been using my mouse for so long that it has faded and now there is a smooth circular area where my thumb rests. Everything else still looks like new.

It has never given me any issues and all the features work perfectly. About the middle mouse click, I really can't say I've had issues with it. The only thing i can point out is that the mouse wheel does feel like it might start to get loose and lose responsiveness after a few more months of use. I use it a lot for some quick scrolling and make a lot of use of the frictionless wheel button. The wheel hasn't given me issues yet but it doesn't feel as rigid or tight as it did when I first got it. Oh and the little weight things are useless. I played around with them for the first week and then forget that feature even existed since i could barely tell the difference.

I do recommend this one though. I may even pick it up at this price and keep it as a backup for when this one finally goes. It has been a great mouse.

I'm a software developer and this is my favorite wired mouse. Works great moving the mouse quickly and accurately across 6 monitors.

My favorite wireless mouse is the Logitech Anywhere Mouse. I have gotten a lot of use out of both, and both hold up well.

I have two of this little suckers, I purchased one like a year and couple of months ago and after a couple of months I started hearing a clicking griding noise on the scroller. So I called Logitech and they sent me a brand new one withing a week and then I realized I had clicked the little button behind the scroller which I pressed again and removed the griding noise

Moral of story For this price and their warranty awesome SLICKDEAL

Got this last BF at this price. My first gaming mouse and I've enjoyed it and had no issues with it.
