Question: Is this memory compatible with my notebook?
Answer: Go to Crucial.com [crucial.com]. Check out their "Crucial Memory Advisor™ Tool" on the front page. Select your notebook's brand and model and it will tell you want memory type your notebook supports, how many slots it has total OR if upgrades are not available (e.g. memory is soldered on).
Question: will this work in my macbook pro 2011?
Answer: if your macbook pro have a compatible CPU, it will support the full 16GB of RAM at 1600MHz. Wiki your CPU.

The Live deal posted is extremely similar but is not exactly the same. CAS Latency is 11 on the new deal. The one on sale before had a CAS Latency of 10.

one of the best in my opinion
I like the idea of longer battery life with the 1.35V and Faster CAS9 or would a game like BF3 even benefit more from the extra 8GB of ram, I assume it wouldn't even max out the 8GB.
Highly recommended!!!!
Mac mini (Late 2012) and Mac mini server (Late 2012) computers have two internal memory slots. These slots accept standard PC3-12800 DDR3 204-pin SO-DIMMs (Small Outline DIMM) with the following specifications:
PC3-12800 DDR3
Unbuffered
Non-parity
204-pin module
1600 MHz
You can use RAM module sizes of 2 GB, 4 GB or 8 GB in each slot. For best performance, don't mix sizes of memory modules. Install two identical memory modules.
DIMMs with the following features will not work:
Registers or buffers
PLLs
ECC
Parity
EDO RAM
The only thing I haven't found in details is the non-parity? can someone with the knowledge enlighten me?
