UPDATE: i went into store and strangely they couldn't find it on their systems so they called in. the person spoke with someone and it either rings up as 39.99 in store or they have a code they can put and it drops it down. i wish i saw it but it was something like 18477 or something of that sort for the instant off. good luck for those replicating. glendale ca had 9 more in stock
