Mine arrived, and I've used it. It's great. I'm normally a proglide or hydro5 shaver, and this worked surprisingly well. I had about 4 days growth, and needed to cleanup with the proglide (3 glides) afterward, but I doubt I would have needed to on 1 or 2 day's growth. I have a fairly dense and rough beard.

In for one! I love Braun Shavers, they just seem to be better for me than other brands I've bought thanks to SD. =D

Im not a huge fan of electric razors. I always used a regular razor until I came across a deal for a series 3 braun last Christmas for $100 (MSRP was $250). So I bought it, and I use it every other day, while still using a regular razor the other days. Its gets a very nice clean shave in the mustache area and face, but the neck is always left with stubble and doesn't look to great. I also find it useful when I haven't shaved in a few days to use the electric first and then shave with a regular razor. These leads to a less painful shave and less irritation after letting it grow out for a bit. Overall, I would say its convenient but not nearly as clean of a shave as a manual razor.

Thanks man. I'll keep that in mind if I ever decide to grow out my facial hair and want to thin it out before using the manual for easy shaving. (Currently if I let my hair grow out a week, it's difficult to use the manual)
