These products are new and are not marked as "seconds" (at least the ones I received last time)
If you are used to American style briefs such as the Fruit of the Loom, you may not like these briefs. The briefs are "Y front" or English/European style. The fly opens from the bottom rather than the side, which can make things a little hard to find if you are used to the fly style briefs

Also the fit was on the largish side - not overly large, but I would buy "true" size and expect them to fit on the looser side.

Great deal though. I buy Jockey "irregulars" and they outlast FotL (not hard to do), and the premium Hanes and Calvin Kline tees. Softer too.
