Whoever missed out Scullcandys, try those one's. I liked them way more, excellent reviews here. There is a coupon INCENTIVE gives about 20% off after login. I used to order Candy's for my kids, until ordered these ones.

I got these a couple of months back when they hit the front page. They're decent, but not great. The cord is a harder plastic which transmits a lot of noise to the earpieces, and isn't as flexible as the Sennheiser CX300s these were replacing. They're also a symmetrical cable, and the cord with the mic is the left earbud (the L and R markings are very hard to find.) Not a bad deal for under ten bucks.

I get these for my kids who lose at least one a month

Awesome, this sale will help my research in trying to find the saturation point of earbuds in our house. So far it seems 10 pair can all dissolve into the woodwork and remain unfindable when needed - hopefully the woodwork is now saturated with earbuds and the next 2 pair I buy will be forced to remain visible.

Incidentally, we love our ink'd earbuds if only we could keep a pair or two in plain sight - for running they couldn't be better as they stay solidly in the ear, have great sound, don't short out at the slightest sweat/rain/snow contact, and the "mic" doubles as a pause and fast forward button for music playlists. Love 'em.

I'd like to try these since they're on sale, but how do those feel in your ear? From the picture it looks like the "stem" would press against your earlobe - does it?

I have been using them on and off for about a year. Like that they have a microphone.

Thought they had a great sound until I bought a pair of monoprice 9396 which sound much better. Only problem the 9396 don't have a microphone.

You are very observant! Yes, they do contact my earlobes, but I don't find them uncomfortable. I’ve used them for hours at a time at my desk at work or at home mowing the lawn, doing housework, etc. I’ve been happy with them.
