UPDATE: 12/5/12 - Got a phone call from the freight company today. They will deliver the playset on 12/6/12. Pretty darn fast shipping considering the box weighs 385 lbs.
$499 + Free Shipping is a heck of a good price for a playset with this feature set. I have been shopping playsets for about 6 months and this is the best deal I have seen. This playset has 5 reviews on Home Depot, all of which are 5 stars. Costco currently has this marked down to $599.

Regardless, these are probably the best sets available anywhere. The ones at ToysRus are complete crap.
I had to call cause they switched my shipping and billing address.
If price is your top criteria, this is good deal.
