i got this for $200 with $100 refill card but this deal is as good...all those extras and only $130

Refill card was only for data so maybe it's harder to sell off. I don't really know.

Also this is a pretty decent phone I had it for several month. Easily rooted. I just wanted a bigger screen.

I need to do a lot of comparison, do spec analysis, read reviews, watch youtube videos, etc.. but that's how I miss the deals.
This time I am biting... in for one. I really hope discover %10 cash back works this time (i had it in my cart, but then I went back and clicked through shop discover) if the phone is really terrible, then at least I can still cancel the order.

That refill card was just a generic T-Mobile card. It is not just for data. I purchased a phone (the Galaxy Blaze - very nice phone BTW), got on the $30 / month plan and then applied the refill to my account. It would have worked on T-Mobile's pay as you go plans too.

Some facts:
- Checking the reviews, on T-Mobile website it is either 1 star or 5 stars, we got a lot of fanboys and haters, nothing in between? I guess few..

- T-Mobile calls this Samsung Galaxy Exhibit 4G, but when you go into specs it says Samsung Exhibit II, so I believe it is T679

- Does not come with headphones or any storage

- Has same resolution as Galaxy S2, but because it is a smaller screen, it has higher ppi.

- Does NOT have gorilla glass, so prone to breakage, make sure you get a good case

- TFT capacitive touchscreen may turn of some people

- Fairly light at 4oz

- No NFC

- 1Ghz sole-core processor, may be slow to run latest time wasters

- 1500mah battery so talk time might be shorter than expected

so HSN items really requires coupons, AMEX, etc., to make it a SD. so for folks who are not aware AMEX has 10 off 10 for HSN.

Well, mine has the problem of deadlock from time to time. very annoying. I am kind of regretful on ordering it months ago. I should probably go with another brand or model. Now, I am about to root it.

If anyone knows of a guide on how to root this phone that works today pease post it here. Most of the guides I've found are outdated with links to files that no longer work...

What is HSN return policy? They always say like return after christmas or new year etc.. I wonder if they have a longer/extended return policy.
