i hear you. well while i know its capable of doing it i personally don't feel its designed for it. i've owned one of these before by a company called blueant. audio for calls was fantastic but the sound quality for playing music wasn't really my speed.
perhaps this jabra is a better solution for both. best bet is checking those reviews and also the jabra site. [jabra.com]

I've had this for 6 months now.... it is sweet... automatically connects when you enter the car..... the sound is clear on both ends and can't even tell your in a car..... and the standby time last 2 months. Highly recoommended

What makes this a car speakerphone "system"?

Does it mute my radio when driving and getting a phone call?

If not, why not spend another $15 and just get a cheap receiver with bluetooth.

Only a few advantages I see:

1. If you rent a lot of cars and drive while out of town - this could be a god-send.


But if you have a newer car - most come with bluetooth already installed.

If it's not It's better to just buy a receiver for $55

And have it mute your radio, hell with a mount now you can use google navigation and it will mute the music, tell you to turn, and music will go back on
