Just a thought/idea. Perhaps the $10 extra can go towards buying toys for needy kids? Since SD people can get in on deals like this, maybe that can benefit others.
Use something aside from Mastercard. (edit: Mastercard issues might've been fixed?) I used a Visa card after my Mastercard was rejected and it worked. Apparently going through Paypal works too.
When trying to pay with Mastercard:

"Offer not valid on gift certificate purchases"
This means what someone wrote immediately below probably isn't true:
^^This comment ^^ does not make sense.
Shopdiscover cash back is not valid for egift cards from walmart and also on straighttalk refills or anything that might be consider a electronic gift.
Just an FYI, for those with Discover cards (no, not everybody), simply going through the ShopDiscover portal for purchases (no, not this gift card deal) will yield 10% cash back (on top of any other cash back -- I believe all online purchases in the month of December are 5% -- so it would be a total of 15%)...and there is no minimum. So if you're just looking to make a purchase and have a Discover card, this would be the better play since there is no minimum and technically the gift cards are only 9% "savings" ($110 worth of gift cards for $100 -- although, yes, it is a 10% ROI).

Walmart does NOT allow you to buy money orders with giftcards. It was worth a shot.

would be a way to get a discount off an ipad
You are basically paying $100 for $110 worth of cards so essentially ~90.9% of the actual cost of the item.
Repped OP!
It says you can only get 1 per account so make sure you don't buy multiples on the same account!!!

You can use giftcards to buy giftcards.. Online at least. I used this method back when google was giving away 5 buck gift cards for signing up for screen wise. combined a ton of 5 buck cards into 100 buck cards.
