For people who don't know it...
* Virgin Mobile phones are all CDMA and operate on the Sprint Network.
* Virgin Mobile is a wholly owned subsidiary/MVMO of Sprint
* The phones WON'T work on T-Mobile or AT&T (which are GSM networks)
* The LG Optimus Slider will NOT work for PayLo or Pay-as-you-Go plans
* The LG Optimus Slider **IS** eligible to be used on the $25 BeyondTalk grandfather plans
** YES, you can use these Android phones without activiation as a WiFi devices (think Ipod Touch), and you will still have access to Google Market/Play Store/Apps.
**Don't forget about the usual cashback/rebate sites with this deal. **
Kyocera Rise is on sale this week for $49 at Best Buy too so if you dont want to wait you can buy it at a BBY store. Also it's in their weekly ad too so you can try to PM it at Target or other retailers
For those looking to actually activate and use their phones you can check out this thread for 15% off Virgin Mobile prepaid cards. I.e. $33.99 for a $40 refill
