Kmart [kmart.com] has a great selection of toddler and youth character shoes buy one get one free. Put 2 in cart and discount will be taken out at checkout. ALSO use OFFERS10 for additional discount. Shipping is free with Shop Your Way Max Rewards or free with store pickup. The selection includes Doc McStuffins and Lalaloopsy shoes which are very popular for little girls this year.

I purchased men's shoes which are also on BOGO sale. One thing to keep in mind is for BOGO, item that is zeroed is of lower value, and if kids shoes and mens shoes is of same value, it is random. So, need to do removed and checkout items multiple times to make sure that amount is applied to mens shoes and not kids shoes...
