If I buy two licenses for this game, and install on two different computers, can I play co-op with my kid? Will it let is log on from the same IP more than once?

Believe that this activates via steam.
So long as you're both on your own steam accounts, it shouldn't matter what IP you guys are paying on (i think).
I own it already and am buying it for my girlfriend so we can play co-op so if it doesn't work that way I'll be pretty irritated. and surprised. Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

Anyone one else having issues at checkout? I keep getting order not completed due to payment issues. I checked with my CC company and tried another CC to no avail.

Steam only cares about the Steam account you are using. As long as you each have your own key for your respective accounts, you will be fine. It is one of the downsides of Steam that everyone needs to buy their own key for a game, but there are so many deals for Steam that it's not terrible.

One thing to note, you have to buy this through two seperate GMG accounts - they only allow 1 purchase per title per account. Rather dumb policy.

Every once in a while I read about a person that can't get payment to go through with Green Man Gaming. They're located in the UK, so I suspect that some banks flag that as a possible fraudulent charge.

I've never tried a credit card, I just use PayPal and have not had any issues. FYI, they do pop up a warning that your PayPal email address should match the one in your GMG account.
