Before people start TDing because of the high-pressure sales tactics / badgering in the Teavana stores, please realize this deal specifically lets you stay out of the store due to free shipping.
Some of the teas they sell are definitely overpriced, some are decently priced. With ~33% off (if you get your order around $30), the prices are very reasonable.
Check the tea gift sets, some like the "Tea Favorites" are worth it, others cost more than the individual items combined!

EDIT: I think it's working, but it's NOT $10 off $30. I think it's a flat 10% off. The 10% off price is reflected in cart (and if you choose auto delivery, it will be crossed out to show an additional 5% off discount).
Not sure what the minimum amount for free shipping is.
EDIT 2: It's giving me varying results. At the time of the first edit, it was giving me 10% off. Now it's registering properly.
