You can reuse the heck out of frying oil. I guess when it's all done though, you could convert it to biodiesel or dump it outside.

Depend on what I fried. If it was something with strong odor like fish, I take the oil to the recycling center. Call WM, they will tell you where. If it was french fries, I strain the bits from the oil and keep it in the fryer or a glass container to reuse. To me, this 6 cups is too small. Deep frying takes a while. I like larger capacity fryer so I can fry larger batch all at once.

If you are into that, I've read that reusing oil a lot can carry carcinogens... I normally use it a bit if it is fairly clean... Like they said, talk it to disposal center
