You send the POP with the "upgrade rebate", and the original UPC with the "product rebate."
Everyone should be fine on the Trend Micro Titanium Internet Security 2013 (3 User)... unless you bought it previously on a deal that wasn't a Money Maker where you had to fill out the upgrade rebate.
As I said in the OP, if you participated in the late October Money Maker on Trend Micro Maximum Security Premium 2013 (5 User), forget that one. Although it really shouldn't matter right now, since it's OOS for shipping anyways.

ETA: And now the other one is back-ordered. I think Fry's watches your posts, OP, and moves things in and out of stock accordingly. Bought the back ordered one, here's to hoping.
