AvidMax Outfitters has camera cases/bags for $5.00 shipped by Standard delivery. 35 to choose from.

Most are for small point and shoot digital cameras or GPS size devices but they are offering the LowePro Cirrus 100 which claims "designed for a digital SLR camera with lens attached and accessories". I'd read that as smaller DSLRs with a standard, non telephoto lens. List price is $24.95

AvidMax Outfitters is a very reputable seller IMHO. They are the same company as SellnSend but seem to only be selling under the AvidMax name now.

AvidMax/SellNSend typically have the best lowepro pricing of anyone, especially their ebay store, and they're an authorized seller. Even the much larger bags are available for MUCH better prices than most other outlets in their ebay store, for what it's worth.
