In for the Cherokee model. As my livingroom fan is hardwired into the home's power, that remote will come in very handy. Also, the old one is oil rubbed bronze and I much prefer brushed nickel. :-) $68 shipping including tax. Sweet!

I have 3 Harbor Breeze fans very similar to the Cherokee. Installation was easy except for when you have to stuff all of the wires inside the cap along with the remote control receiver. They run quiet and balanced.

I bought them in June '11 for about $60 each. Well worth the price.

What does the ceiling brace look like on these? I've got a Hampton Bay fan with a brace that is narrow (about 2" wide) that doesn't make enough contact with the ceiling. When the A/C turns on in the attic above, the entire fan wobbles like crazy. I don't have a problem with Hunter fans that have a full circular brace.
