Altrec has Columbia Steens Mountain Full Zip 2.0 Men's Fleece Jacket on sale for $27.99.
Their 20% off coupon: bigchill20 does not work when you search and go directly to the product page. You will get an error message saying that the item is excluded from the promotion.
However, if you go first to this Big Chill Sale page http://outlet.altrec.com/bigchillsale/ and find the item by navigating within the page, you will be able to apply the 20% off coupon without any problem.
Shipping is free for any order, and no sales tax as they are located in OR so the total is going to be $22.39 shipped. I am sure that this method will probably work with other items.
