This is an awesome jacket - got one as a gift and I'm still amazed at how warm & lightweight it is. You can smash it down to the size of a travel pillow but it's just as warm (or warmer) than much bigger & bulkier jackets. I'd say it's good down to about the freezing point, and then you'd want something warmer (or use this as a layer).
This is about 50% off of retail price, so if you want better quality than North Face for less $$, this would be a great one to look at.
I went down a size to use as a mid layer. Arm length was still good. If going as stand alone I would purchase my normal size. The Zeus is a great jacket. Backpacked the NC mountains a few days in the fall, and was perfect for the cold mornings, as used as a pillow at night.
How is the fit? Does it run big, small, true to size?
Was going to have this replace Denali under my shell when temps get into single digits and wind chill below zero but not sure I need it...
I have this, and I would say it runs true to size. I'm a 40L in suits with a 35" sleeve, and while the medium fit fairly well, it was just a half inch short in the sleeve. I ended up buying the large and don't regret it (though it is looser around my chest).

Thanks for the deal OP, and thanks for the sizing info theraptscallion. I bought a large, will pick up in the Dallas store on the 12th.
BTW, if this is the same jacket that I tried on in the store about a month ago, it's pretty thin, the photo makes it look thjicker than it really is. Is that accurate?
