----the sugar comes from dates. and is much healthier than the popular 'sugar free' things that are full of chemicals. or even 'low sugar' things that use high fructose corn syrup and then partial chemical to cut back on the corn syrup. learn to read past the nutrition label. avocados are high in fat, but it's a healthy fat that raises good cholesterol and can lower bad cholesterol. dates and fruits are healthy sugars which have fiber and nutrients that are good, and help slow down the intake of the sugar. vs super refined sugars in candy bars.

---Uh, some of these have chocolate which isn't exactly the healthiest sugars out there. These really are high in sugar, they are not targeting health conscious consumers with names like Coconut Cream Pie and Apple Pie.

---To stick with only natural sugar (from the dates and other fruits), buy one of the MANY flavors that do not contain chocolate CHIPS. (Those are the only ones that add any sugar.)
