I have an iPhone 5 and I'm actually a product tester for New Trent...so I have this charger and use it all the time. It works perfectly fine.
I've got 4-5 wall and 2-3 car adapters laying around home and the office, if not, I'de be in... I don't like how the dollar tree model looks, but so far it's worked decently.
my rezound with extended battery takes for ever to charge...so faster is better (i know battery life may be reduced)
Also while I had the charge open, I noticed it did not have a fuse.

I've got plenty of inexpensive car chargers, but none that put out 10W + 5W at the same time.
