There's a deal going on right now where you get a free shaker bottle when you buy a boxed product (e.g. protein bars). Add this (http://www.gnc.com/product/index....Id=2542486) to your cart and you'll see the message stating as such.

In regards to the well balance diet....yes...Whey is part of that. Better to get the protein from that versus eating beef with all that fat and other issues.
I eat Green Shakes, Protein shakes, Oatmeal, Nuts.
Eating a whole salad with celery, kale, romaine, tomatoes, onions...that takes time. I stick it in my Ninja blender....and in a few seconds I can shove down my mouth.
Unless its a steak or chicken kabobs or pizza, the rest of the green health stuff I just cram down my mouth.
What's funny is, GNC is supposed to be about health...but, most who frequent them are 16 yr olds trying to get "big," with absolutely no regards to their health.
News Flash. Getting "big" isn't healthy. And, just because you watch your 120 gram a day protein intake, etc, etc, doesn't make you smart.
Soybean crops are also heavily sprayed with chemical herbicides, such glyphosate, which a French team of researchers have found to be carcinogenic.
Any other useless tidbits of information Dr. JimmytheGreek?

I called them up and they said they can't do anything about it b/c the order already shipped. The guy told me I should be able to return it at a B&M GNC, but I don't know if they'll refund the shipping charges, to to mention I'd have to take the trouble to go to the store. I'll try to dispute it w/ my CC company.
