That didn't stop Dick's from charging me. They have been most unhelpful. Read through the Reseller Ratings Reviews and you'll see they have done this to a number of people.

Retail price indicates that it's the same and that it's Polartec 300 material. This should be worn under a windproof shell jacket.

It's a denali but with addition of sweater fleece material. Apparently this is a Dick's exclusive item from the description.
