EDIT: My bad... it's the 2713 @ Amazon for $649. Not sure what the differences are. Maybe 2713 is a newer model?
Anyway, sent back the monitor - decision will come at the end of the week what will happen. (didnt buy from dell, local retailer)
manufacturing date was june 2012 which were supposed to be crappy.
Anyway - if you dont really need it - dont buy it. Soon we will have 4k res monitors anyway

The newer version's anti-glare coating is much better. U2711 had a really harsh and agrreisve coating which can makes the whites look grainy.
They use the exact same panel for the cheapo korean knockoffs that you can overclock.
