I have the downloaded version of Deluxe. So far so good. I did have to go into my Amazon account to find the key code but it was easy. The difference between download and do it online? Really, its just whatever you can catch on sale.

I think they're about the same. It usually comes down to personal preference and what system you are used to. I've used H&R Block for over 15 years (formerly TaxCut) and have never had a problem.

I guess these companies know that if they're dealing with people's taxes and the government, they better not mess around with a faulty product that doesn't focus on accuracy - can you imagine the PR nightmare? I just wish Intuit would have the same sensibility with Quicken.

Their official policy is "no price adjustment", but if you get a nice CS, they will refund you a difference. I got one when a video game I bought for Christmas dropped a few dollars. Do online chat and ask nicely. You may get lucky.
