Fisher-Price Cradle 'n Swing: My Little Snugabunny (V0099) $99 + Free Shipping (expired)

I've been using mine for 2 weeks, seems my little guy wakes up when the music finishes, I wish they had some kind of repeat button, I keep on pressing it once it runs out so he stays asleep. He'll take 2 naps per day on it. Set up is easy, and the whole fabric covering can be taken off and put in the wash, the shell of the swing washes easily with a wet cloth. I read one review that the motor died and started to smell like it was burning so they unplugged it, don't know what that was about, but I watch the baby when he's in the swing. It does make a loud mechanical sound as it swings, loud to me anyway, but the baby can still sleep with it. (I would equate the sound to as loud as a breast pump when running) That's a great price for the rocker, I guess they want to compete with Target, since they're offering a 'free' bouncer with purchase of this cradle n swing.


The snugabunny rocker I also highly recommend, it's fantastic and I've been using it for almost 2 months now (used it as a sleeper for the first month, then transitioned baby to the crib and now I use it as a napper or place to put baby down for a short while instead of a bassinet.

Have been using this for past 2 weeks myself for my 3 week old baby and its great....other than mom's lap, my little one finds very good sleep for 3 straight hours in this swing. However, we do not use swing and then music when he starts crying to sooth him and it works like charm!

My 3 month old sleeps thru the night with this. Been using this since she was 2 weeks. This is definitely worth $100 for a good night's sleep. Don't forget to swaddle too.

I got this as well. Good for maybe 3 months as the kid outgrows it fast.

It's $155 at my Target...

It's was helpful for the first 3 months, when I was unable to put my baby to take naps and at night time.
Now it doesn't work anymore, she prefers being rocked by me.
It's sad that it's just collecting dust now, I'm okay with that. It made the transition to the crib easier.

The motor did seem to get weaker at 3 months, hope it'll last another kid!

Our second set of twins are 3m1w and I can confirm we're having motor issues with this model. Even on high, the swing is not powerful enough for my son as the rocking is to slow. I also have another fisher price swing to compare it too and overall this one is built better (the frame) and I would prefer it if I didn't experience the motor issue.

Yeah.
I usually pushed the seat manually a couple of times in the beginning, after that it would swing higher/faster steadily.

Been using this a few times the last few weeks. The motor sounds like it's gonna give out any second. I had to give the swing a pushing start. My baby only about 10 lbs too.
