Made in Israel. very good quality. tabs are thick and fit like a glove. pockets are only 2" deep not 6". yes it is a 3 pack.

I'm guessing the (3-pack) thing has nothing to do with the quantity, at least for retail.

It'd be great to get 3 of these for $4, but since the image shows only one, I'd say the (3-pack) is some marketing speak for how it has three rows of bins, or maybe it has 3 pieces that come out as seperate bins.

Got two. If you take out the yellow dividers it accommodates reasonably large sized parts too. Works for me.
