Update: The deal works in store and does not have any limitation. Most titles are in the store even though they are not available for pick-up.
The deal does not work online for multiples so you will just have to order one Blu-ray at a time to receive one free $5 gift card. You will be able to do this twice without a problem (confirmed by several people). On the third time the free $5 gift card will not be added. What you do is add the $5 gift card manually (SKU 7945361). The gift card shows up as $0.00.

You can try cleaning your cache and cookies, browsing history etc to see if it will add the gift card again.
If you have multiple devices just order from each like your phone, computer, tv, iPad etc OR if your tech savvy change your IP,address and your good to go but you will have to keep release/renew IP's and changing the last digit for each order. To me the blu ray isn't worth changing my IP that much but I did do it once and it worked.
But then again we can always use proxy. I'm sure it's quite easy to find a long list.
