On a related note, unlocking cellphones was recently made illegal because a certain mandate expired. Please take a few minutes to sign this petition so we can ensure consumer rights and our ability to use our phones on different carriers:

Using same credit for two transactions is not working.
If you have already ordered them in the past 6 months(same address, same card etc..), they wont allow you to order again. Gotta wait 6 months. Alternatively, you can get them shipped to other address OR ship them to your neighbor(with your name in the address and your neighbor house number) and tell them that it was wrong house number when they got it shipped.
you can chose $30 plan to get 100 minutes talk+unlimited text+unlimited 5GB plan(First 5 GB in 4G speed and after that 2G) -most valuable plan

EDIT: Not sure what the problem was, but I was able to check out in an incognito window, perhaps it had a cookie or something that said I'd purchased before.
