Shipping is around $6. For $25, these are arguably the best sounding headphones you can buy at this price point. 4.5 to 5 star reviews everywhere. These are a big step up from the Sennheiser HD428's in sound quality.
10% Off Code CATALOG12 - Thanks BluGuy!
Code "incentive" may take 20% off, but you have to sign in to use it. Doesn't work for many, worked for some. YMMV. Thanks misuzue!

except they are about a quarter of the price.
Great deal, I highly recommend these.
So, you sacrifice comfort for great sound. For $20, though, they probably can't be beat. I have seen a handful of user mods for increasing the comfort, like replacing the stock ear cups with foam ones and the padding under the headband. FWIW.
They're usually $23 before tax/shipping.
However, if you want to listen to something for hours and hours at a time, the HD428's are hard to beat ... for any (reasonable) price. Nicer headphones tend to weigh more than the HD428's, and that factors into comfort for long sessions... we recently needed to get another set of cans so that people in the house can practice the digital piano without disturbing everyone else... we went with another pair of the HD428's for the pure comfort factor, combined with above-average sound quality.
