"I literally just finished my 20 day treatment last week. I just want to give any insight to anyone who is looking to drastically whiten their teeth with this product. In comparison to the hundreds of dollars spent at a dentist's office. I have a decent pair of teeth, it's not perfect. However, everyone i've spoken to can really notice the difference and have complimented me since finishing this product. Ive noticed everyone is worried and concerned about the sensitivity. I did not use sensodyne and did not have the dramatic effects like other's do. The thing to realize here is that each person's reactions are different. After removing for half an hour, i would sometimes have a sensitivity spike in one of my teeth. Meaning like..just a quick jolt of sharp pain and it went away. This was only for about a second or two and happened maybe 5-7 out of the twenty days i used it? It's not a legit reason to stop using this because it honestly does work. If noone believes me, i will take pictures and post it here. You're obviously not going to get your teeth as white as the front picture on the box, but you will get noticeably whiter teeth. The "stain protection" toothpaste also helps if you drink coffee/tea and what not. I did not however like the mouth wash but to each his/her own.

All in all, i spent 30 bucks about a month ago and am pleased with the results. Even if you cant really notice it AS MUCH in the mirror, others will and i have been complimented many times. Also one important note: You should use atleast one or two of the strips to cover from one end of your mouth to the other with two strips per upper/bottom. I mean, use one strip from one end of your teeth and that'll reach the middle. Then continue with another strip from the middle to the other side of your teeth. I'd do this for both top and bottom, atleast twice (4 packets). Thats because one strip will not cover your entire top or bottom of your teeth. My mother said that my sides were still yellow, only the middle portion of top/bottom were whitening. Since doing what i just explained, i was able to effectively cover both top and bottom from left to right (entire sets of teeth).

If anyone wants to whiten faster and much more brighter, theres a more advanced product above this called "Intense professional effects" or something like that.
