Be sure to read the Amazon reviews [amazon.com] as there are lots of complaints for this model. The touchpad on this model seem to be giving a lot of people grief with randomly relocating the cursor or selecting bits of text etc. Several others report unstable wifi connections. Others report dead on arrival or various system issues that point to a defective system board. Buyer beware! (cheepdood)

According to one reviewer on Amazon for a similar model (different specs), the OS is not installed on the SSD.
Ultrabook is a Intel marketing gimmick...nothing more.
Same as when we all got caught up with the "netbook" thing when it was just a bare bones laptop.
This is a sub 5 lbs laptop with good specs & good brand quality.

I recall seeing a bunch of HP laptops a while ago having the same thing and they were called Smart Cache or something like that.
