What is the cheapest way to get a prepaid phone/plan? Don't need anything other than voice.

I'm seeing these like 30 minute plans but all of them seem to have a time-restriction on them like you have to use the 30 minutes in 30 days.

Guys, I want to switch from AT&T to T-mobile and get the $30 plan through walmart. It would save me aabout $40/month!

Do I just order the activation kit and call familymobile? And could I use my current phone with that plan? I noticed the fine print says **New phone purchase required

Any help would be much appreciated!

I was never able to buy anything from t-mobile.com for any prepaid things.
I got banned to buy any t-mobile prepaid because i am postpaid customer

They claim that mine shipped on 2/21, but there's no sign of it yet. I'm guessing that "shipped" just means that their invoicing system generated a tracking number, and does not mean that a package yet exists.

I got mine a few days ago. My tracking number was incorrect
